Your Circle of Influence

It’s important for us to identify people in our Circle of Influence in order for us to begin intentionally INVESTING in their lives.  If we don’t identify them, we tend to allow our relationship with them to remain on a surface level.  But if we identify them, we tend to become more deliberate about INVESTING in them.

The diagram below is intended to help you think through the people who are in your Circle of Influence.  Prayerfully consider the people in each category that are not connected to Christ.  The Other category could include acquaintances you’ve made through clubs, civic organizations, recreational activities, favorite restaurants, etc.  Think through how you spend a typical week.  Are there people you regularly have contact with – sales clerks, waitresses, teachers, coaches, parents of other children?

Grab a piece of paper and write down the names of the people in your Circle of Influence.

Once you have written down their names, spend a few moments praying for each person BY NAME.  Tomorrow we'll roll-up our sleeves and get to work on INVESTING in the people in your Circle of Influence.
